Guestbook

Have stayed at Hafan Fferi Ferryside twice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The cottage has everything you could want and more and as soon as you step inside the door you feel relaxed and at home. A bonus is the addition ofhaving such a lovely outdoor space to enjoy on dry sunny days too. Can't wait to return. David and Judith (and Molly) - July 2020

Judith Bratt,

We have stayed at Hafan Bach 3 times and Hafan Fferi once and can’t recommend them highly enough. Both cottages have everything you need (great Wi-fi, king size bed, great bathroom and kitchen, extremely doggy friendly and lovely enclosed gardens). Both in lovely locations and beaches are the best in the country. Looking forward to our next visit.

We are so pleased that Anna and Brian introduced us to Hafan Bach. It's been warm, cosy and comfortable, clearly this is a house that is loved by its owners and their guests.
We don't have a dog, so no dog friendly places to recommend, but the highlights for us have been :
Walking the Dylan Thomas trail on a perfect sunny Sunday in Laugharne.
Delicious Sunday lunch at Y Polyn.
Our daughter dipping a tentative toe in the sea at Ferryside.
( Not do much a highlight as an endurance test) The coastal path walk from Saundersfoot to Tenby in heavy rain, after a lunch break in Tenby we took a taxi back to the car park!
A lovely sunny walk from Kidwelly to Llansaint and home via fields and woods.
The National Botanic gardens, we went to see the "botany" but got distracted by the wonderful Welsh rocks.
Julian and Terri, thank you for providing a great base from which to enjoy all those experiences.

Andrew and Moira,

12th Sept
We've had a lovely week, thanks so much.
Hafan Bach is a great place to stay, we had everything we needed. A lovely garden for the dogs as well.
Thank you for all the treats you left us.
We've been up as far as At David's and down to Rhossilli so have seen a lot of the lovely countryside and coast. We found by chance Llansteffan, had lunch at 'Inn at the sticks' dog friendly and lovely food, then ice-cream at the tea shop by the beach and castle, perfection.
Thanks so much, I hope to be back.

Hafan Bach was recommended to us by the lady that makes Kipsters dog biscuits who stands on our local farmers market, and it didn't disappoint.
The Welsh cakes, milk and wine were much appreciated as were the dog biscuits.
Well equipped, clean and comfy accommodation, lovely garden.
We have had a lovely week pottering around the area with our two Goldies Tess and Daisy. We particularly liked Llansteffan beach and enjoyed fish and chips from Florrie's. Also National Botanic gardens are well worth a visit.
Many thanks

Ricki & Chris, Tess & Daisy,

Kind regards
